Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 1- 2 business days.
Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2 - 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Free shipping on all orders over AED 200. Orders under AED 200 are charged a flat shipping fee of AED 25.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders; you only pay when your order arrives.
Currently, we ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your SAQER piece. If it's not the right fit, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Worn or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@saqerae.com with your order number.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery are issued as store credit for a future purchase. If you'd prefer a cash refund instead, we can process a bank transfer within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item; just share your bank details (IBAN) when you contact us.
